Appointment Scheduling: - Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, via phone, or in-person at our clinic. - We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 2. Confirmation: - Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. - Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive notifications. 3. Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may incur the service full fee. 4. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." 5. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment. 6.
